The charges listed below are for
the Israeli post office's registered first class air mail, and include insurance.
For orders up to US$ 50, $20
will be added.
For orders between $51 and $100, $28 will be added.
For orders between $101 and $200, $38 will be added.
For orders over $200, 15% of the total order will be added.
When Sunbula confirms your order, we will tell you your total amount including air mail charges. Sunbula needs to receive payment in full before it can send out your order.
Sunbula ships registered airmail to ensure safe delivery of your purchases. Overseas mail takes around 2 weeks. If an item is out of stock allow an additional four-to-six weeks for delivery. Express mail delivery is also available against additional charge (according to weight). For inquiries please send Sunbula an email.
If you want to return an item, please
include a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Also please specify
if you would like an exchange. Otherwise Sunbula will refund you the amount
of the item either by U.S. dollar check or by your credit card. Please mail
the package back to Sunbula within a week of receipt, properly packaged, insured
and postage paid to:
